If it is simply factual to state that the fetus is not human, how is it religious to state that the fetus is human? If factual evidence can show that the fetus is not human, why can’t factual evidence also show the contrary? In truth, the humanity of the preborn child is not a question of religious belief, but rather a question of reason and evidence. Moreover, as we have seen, the facts stand firmly on the side of the humanity of the unborn.”
